What is the aftercare for a lash lift and tints?
After getting a lash lift and tint, please refrain from water touching your lashes for 24 hours. Please refrain from rubbing your lashes and using any skincare products on your lashes. Be sure to stop by the salon and pick up the Eyelash conditioner to ensure your lashes stay strong and hydrated.
How should I show up to my eyelash appointment ?
Your initial eyelash extension set is between 2 to 3 hours long. Please come to your eyelash extension appointment comfortably. Be sure to make sure you have had enough time before your eyelash appointment to have used the bathroom as your eyes will need to be closed during your service.
Please come to your appointment with your face and eyes free of any makeup. Please be sure to come to your appointment free of any caffeinated beverage. Caffeine free will help minimize shakiness to your eyelids and will help make my job so much easier. :)
Getting and retaining your appointment is a Team effort. The proper lash extension aftercare tips you should be following include:
Wash your lash extensions everyday, twice a day. Washing your lashes will help strip the lashes of dirt and oil from the day. You can pick up Nia's Lewks Lash cleanser in the salon today!
NO picking, pulling, or rubbing at your eyes. This will result in lashes falling out prematurely and can also ruin your natural lashes.
Be cautious of how you sleep. Please invest in a silk pillow or silk eye mask to help your lash extensions refrain from falling out during your sleep. Sleeping on the pillow can cause pulling and rubbing to your extensions which can also result in lashes falling out prematurely.
Be sure to brush your lashes everyday. This will help them continue to be fluffy.
No mascara or lash curler. Using Mascara defeats the purpose of getting eyelash extensions. (Yes, you are allowed to wear makeup. BUT, wearing makeup and heavy eye shadow/eyeliner can create retention issues.)
How do I care for my Eyelash Extensions?

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CAN NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO OTHER SERVICES. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 24 hrs before the scheduled/appointed time. Appointments must be canceled through the booking site or by phone (not via email, text, or social media platforms), 24 hours prior to the booked appointment. No-Shows will be charged 100% of the remaining balance of services booked.
What is the cancellation policy?
Punctuality for your scheduled appointments holds significant importance. While I do understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, my schedule revolves around serving numerous clients each day. Unfortunately, even a single delayed appointment can have a domino effect on my entire day's schedule.
For appointments scheduled for a duration of 30 minutes or less, if you happen to be more than 10 minutes late, I will need to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be non-refundable. Additionally, if you exceed a 15-minute delay for services lasting 45 minutes or more, such as eyelash extensions, brow thread/wax and tint, etc., your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be non-refundable. This means that if, for instance, your appointment is set for 3:00pm and you have a service that's estimated to take 45 minutes or longer, and your GPS indicates an arrival time of 3:16pm, I will not be able to proceed with your service.
It's important to emphasize that these policies will be upheld rigorously. In the event that you find yourself running behind schedule, proactive communication can make a significant difference. If you realize that you will exceed the allocated grace period for your appointment, and even though I won't be able to accommodate your service, please make sure to give me acall to communicate your situation and inability to make the appointment.
